Quick question for anyone with a twin axle. I have a single axle and with the new motor mover I can literally spin it around 90 degrees in one place. My question is it the same with a twin, my sister is looking at the eccles sirroco 26ft. She has plenty of storage but there is a tight corner if you add the length of the car as well. Obviously i think a mover will solve that issue.
The mover will probably solve the issue but you ain't gonna spin a twin axle around like a single, reason is the wheels sort of scuff their way round as the centre of rotation is between them, it will get there, but not so elegantly.
We've just bought a twin axle that came with a motor mover but not a 4WD one so it does like Pickled onion says. I believe the 4WD one would do very much like your mover on your single axle does although i've no experience as such as this is the first twin we've owned.

Thanks alpiner now i know as i said i don't have any experience i just knew they were a lot better but not by how much. Would love a 4WD one but at the cost i think we'll stick with the single it came with.
The method I don't recommend is using a pair of Gojaks

I've recently had a pair of motor movers fitted to my twin axle and they had to tell the control box that it was a twin axle. I asked why and was told that on single axles the wheels turn in oposite direction so it turns on a penny, with the twin, the outer wheel moves full speed and the inner wheel moves in the same direction but slower.
This stops the 2 spre wheels from dragging.
Works fine for me, just means you need to start turning before you get to the space, the same as you do in a car.
Would be fab to have a 4wd version but no way could I afford the cost. With the Enduro that I have I can add another 2 movers in the future if I want.
Hi , I have a twin axle with the Powertouch 4x4 AWD drive mover fitted , it wont spin on its axis like a single, however it turns it round quickly in a few movements , quicker of course on gravel .
