Hi has anybody dealt with or heard of Milford caravan company ltd or d&s trading as I'm, thinking of buying a hobby caravan and both of these company's are pretty local. So if anyone has any experience with either company it would be interesting to hear ur thoughts
I'm wanting one mainly to put on a seasonal pitch there is already a hand full of other hobbys on site. Good point about insurance though I'll just have to ring for some quotes first
Buyers need to be aware this trader recommends Buyers to:
make sure they check throughly all the features and condition of the caravan and not rely upon any sales details on the internet or spoken when visiting.
any faults may well be not visible, so I would recommend that you have the van inspected professionally, or accept that you may well discover a list of faults that will then need many hundred of pounds to fix.
Sounds like an honest trader if he is dealing in older caravans sold as seen? Fact is no dealer selling older caravans can offer any sort of gaurantee that would involve then spending £100s doing damp repairs/replacing interior appliances on a caravan that they might be selling for less than 2 grand so it is good to see one who makes this absolutely clear before purchase rather than making vague promises & then fobbing off disappointed buyers afterwards.
