Stick a comical big red nose on the front as well and it could even look like a clown. A Unicorn at the circus eh....whatever next!

Hmmm, looks like it was styled by 5 different people who never met! Not sure about the centre window, but the mouldings below are too fussy for my taste. Looks very old fashioned.

We thought exactly the same.  However, when you are inside one sitting by the window it is lovely and we really liked the new front shelf/drawer arrangement too.  In fact we really liked the van overall, OH was even reconciled to no front locker (it's like his shed!) as there are deep lockers on each side to compensate and a separate gas bottle compartment.

The only niggle I had  (and it is just a niggle!)  was with the  kitchen sink arrangement, it looks great but in reality is a bit impractical.  There is a draining board that attaches 'above' the circular shaped sink but it is small so you get very little washing up space.  A small niggle if there are two of you, more of a pain if there were more of you or have alot of washing up although there is other worktop space available.  In the two berth however the sink is right next to the cooker so it is more of niggle.

Having said that, we really liked the van and the sink would be a small compromise to make!   If we win the lottery I think we'd go for one!

Probably an attempt to make it look more aesthetically
pleasing but they have some way to go to catch up with
the current Swifts for example & other modern continental
makes. One could argue that the external appearance of
a caravan matters not & the more 'boxy' the shape, the
better the use made of the available space.

One could say that the beauty is in the functionality
but in that case, why bother with alloy wheels?

Having see this van in the flesh so to speak, inside I like it a lot , like Annie said not so much the sink, but the outside front, I don't like it at all, especially the moulding, but then lots of new things can make you feel like that, it's just different from the norm, it takes time to get used to things, I think it would look better white, I just don't like the cream colour Bailey use on caravans especially with these brownyy/orange decals, but that's just my personal preference.

Having seen a couple of these I reckon they are probably the worst designed vans on the market for the money. They are a very flimsy replacement for the Unicorn 1.

The pull out table is not worth having. Too small and too flimsy. The silly window at the front will make the van very hot when the blind is not pulled down. Some Swift owners have their blinds permanenty down. The loss of the two large front lockers is a real backward step just to accomodate the silly window.

The shower is smaller and has no lining so uses the caravan walls which I am sure will get dirty.

The kitchen layout is very cramped.

Only real advantages are the gas bottles being stowed over the axle and the spare wheel wind down action.

The front of the van really looks very comical and wouldn't be out of place on the bumper cars at the fair.

Sorry Bailey but this is not one of your best considering it is your top van. Certainly wouldn't swap our Pegasus for one!

Well I certainly don't. Love the sunroof. Wouldn't want a van without it now. Same goes for the fantastic Alde heating.

We have actually been inside one and I must say it really had the WOW factor for us, while we were there quite a few people were looking around and we were all saying the same. Its so light and airy inside and beautiful furnishings, you keep the gas in a compartment at the side of the van and yes you can keep 2 bottles.

Having seen and sat in all of the new range I think the quality is not up to the previous unicorn in side the lockers were the walls join the roof ours has a plastic cover the new one has just black polystyrene, there are no splash backs in the kitchen area just mastic ,very small drainer on the sink, also the wall panels by the new window are of a poor quality and look cheap ,in the end washroom model down the side of the shower there is a 4 inch gap why ? our old wyoming had a flush fitting shower cubicle, also the toilet in the same models i think should be positioned on the back wall to give more room, just can't see the value in the new model and won't be upgrading.

and some swift owners have 90% damp in the front where the panoramic window has leaked ( according to somebody ive spoke to in the trade )
quite like the unicorn internally but the outside looks awful.

Well we have just bought one! We LOVE it!! It is so light and airy inside, love the front lounge/ drawers arrangement - giving lots of extra space. It has light to tow and has good weight distribution. It has alde heating which will be great out of season. GRP sides will mean less dings and dents.
Can't wait to pick it up and go away with it now!! (and nothing you lot say will put me off!)
