In the nicest possible way, I would like to point out that I started working for Barrons in 2001, pre-dating Trevor/Discover by some 6/7 years...and I was working as a Service Advisor rather than on reconnaissance for Signlease PLC!
My name is Roger, I own A & E Leisure and we have a small team of people that are trying to look after some of the familiar faces that made frequent visits to Harringtons/Barrons. We have been trading since Discover entered administration last year. Already we have many loyal customers who enjoy our friendly approach not to mention our extensive experience in a trade most of us have spent our whole lives working within.
We have already been granted with ALKO, NCC, Approved workshop, Insurance, Truma, Thetford and BAILEY approvals and continue to keep, for the moment, our team of four in work.
I've always found the staff at A+E Leisure to be friendly,efficient and reasonably priced. They're just up the road from me so very handy and the van was serviced and turned round very promptly with a call to say it was ready for collection.
