To balance the many posts on here about poor service from certain dealers I thought I post regarding my very positive experience with the above dealer.
They are a family run business in Canterbury, Kent.
The service I received from them was superb and deserves a mention - they carried out my annual service and some additional works and kept me informed by telephone of progress. They found some additional minor items to deal with (the van is 8 years old) and dealt with those sympathetically, again keeping me posted at all times.
When I collected the van on Saturday morning the technicians were there to take me through all that they had done and to assist with hitching up. And the bill was as quoted with no nasty surprises.
Even though I bought the caravan in a private sale and not from them I was made to feel like a valued customer. All in all a pleasurable experience - so rare these days!
