I have also just this minute noticed our top door has warped and can see daylight through the top corner. I am guessing this won't help with the damp.

Another job for me to do over the next few days :-)

Have just had a really good luck under the seats and have found a leak!!!

Now, I have the sealant, but the weather is so damp, will it take? I have Sikaflex 512

UPDATE: Turns out we don't have a leak, the other half has confessed to knocking over a glass of water!!!!

Got to the bottom of the issue. There was a piece of wood screwed to the floor under the seat, I unscrewed it and found someone has cut a hole in the floor, possibly to allow ventilation, it's not a clean cut so am guessing it shouldn't be there?

For now as I'm in the van and it's really cold, I've rolled up Kitchen foil and taped it over the hole and put some carpet over the top. Hopefully this will keep the damp out as a temporary measure.

Change of plan I've sikaflexed some wood over the hole. Will this be suitable do you think?

Which seat is it under we have air vents under the front seats. They have a mesh over them.

Have you been over it with a damp meter?

Also have you checked your pipes on the pump? Check behind the draws at the front.

Other thoughts has the backing been change on your seating I have noticed in tents that the fleece air beds are always wet in the morning. We have memory foam topper in a cotton duvet cover then use a double sleeping bag. Its a pity your not nearer we could do a compare and contrast

Dont leave holes under anywhere the mice can get in such very small holes they can dislocate their bones type of thing and into the hole they go.,

If they are the real holes , the real  air vents then steel mesh will stop the blighters their teeth will not chomp their way through it.

We have a lot under the small Lunar we have all have steel mesh over.

We were advised by Wizards info pages to use silkaflex 512 as the other stuff  is hard to replace causing ,more trouble.

He has excellant guidence on his site. Fix it

The hole was under the front seat (sink side). We woke up this morning to dry cushions after sealing the hole.
I don't think it should have been there as it looks like a bodge job, you can see where they cut too far with a saw etc on the floor.

One of the main reasons I investigated was that we had a rush of cold air coming from under the seat and as last night was cold and windy we noticed it.

We're back home now and have left all the cupboards and drawers open so air can circulate, have checked under the other seats, but can see no other air vents so hopefully I've not made things worse.
