Do the status round shape aerials come off easily from roof, can you remove the top part only so not to have to unscrew from roof?

Will we find a 14 -17ft size a tight fit, is a foot extra enough for the aerial and chimney or will we need the next size up??

This will be our first year of using a cover but when we had a service back in March we was advised that on a caravan of our age it would benefit from one.

Thanks

just unscrew the pointed bit at the top of the aerial.you can place a plastic bin over the aerial to protect it when fitting the cover, dont forget the flue top.

yes the top bit screws off and if required the larger part is held on by two grub screws, cannot be removed without wire movement though.see parts list

I unscrew the pointy bit and then wrap in bubble wrap with a bit of masking tape around the base to avoid anything catching and prevent water getting in. 2 minute job
