#I would push for warrenty as it is a known fault.

I did this with the worktops and the crap glue used to put the edging strips on.

4 Year old van still under warranty???????

Suggest you read your agreement with Bailey. They don't guarantee any part of the van that has doors or window leaks after the first 12 months.

Actually GT60 is correct

My seals went on my 2008 Louisiana in 2011 and as the van had full service history the 7 year water egress warrenty was still in force and the van was sorted with no cost to me.
