Quick bit of help, please! I have a Lunar Apollo 524, the manual for which is in the van, not helpfully here in the house, so I can't see the official awning frame measurement. A relative has offered to sell me their awning, but a search online has shown an A frame measurement of both 979 and 965 for this van. Could anyone who owns one confirm what they have, please?
Hi Tango
It's a 1998 Lunar Apollo II 524, a dealer special version of the Lunar Solar. I'm getting different figures from Isabella, bradcot and caravan talk websites ....
On the Bradcot website the 'Apollo' model isn't listed but the 'Solar' model is but the earliest date specified is 1999 which I would consider is the same which is listed as a size 960 cms. awning.
Thanks both - yes, there definitely seems to be a bit of a disparity there between Bradcot's 960 and Isabella's 979. We've never had a full size awning before so I can't envisage how big a problem that 20cm could cause if we got it wrong ...Can anyone comment, please?
Hi Angus - there's a straightforward idea with merit ;-) TBH, I think that might be what I end up doing, it's just that he lives an hour and a half away and I was hoping to save myself the drive!

As said above back in 2013, it's a dealer special based on the Solar model.

As well is two words!
