We have got our van insured wth Caravan Guard. We are happy with cover and cost for keeping the van on our drive, but we have just decided to move it into storage, as we got a cheap deal. I rang to get a quote to get my cover amended and because the storage has CCTV, i was assured an extra 5% off my premium by a lady i spoke to, but when i rang again and spoke to a chap he said it won't apply until my renewal next July and my premiums will remain the same as i am already paying. Seeing as i am only six months through the year, should the second six months have the extra 5% discount applied bacause I am sure if it was the other way round they would have made me pay the extra 5%. I feel a bit 'diddled' What shall i do...advice please?
