When our van was serviced in December, the dealer found a small section of damp; they sent off a warranty claim to Swift to authorise the work, and are still waiting on that authorisation. I've chased the dealer twice, but they tell me Swift are notoriously slow to respond to these claims; has anyone else had any experience with Swift and damp claims? I'm concerned that there could be more water getting in making the problem worse (and therefore the repair bigger).

(Van is a 2009 Sprite Major 6 - We've had it from new, and serviced it annually with the dealer who we bought it off)

Thanks for the responses, it looks like Swift are generally slow to respond! - I found out today that Swift have authorised repairs and the dealer has booked it in.
