Just a quick question is anyone's else have a new crusader on order ?
If yes have you had a delivery date yet ?
We have and we're told at the nec delivery December Early jan ,we were then told 24th January now been told it has not been made yet ,
The dealer we are useing is not keeping us in the loop and we have to keep phoning up and asking ,not the best service I know.i know I'm inpatient but I want our new toy

we bought at the nec and got ours in early December, think we struck luck with choice of dealer - derby caravan have been top notch, small family firm who still value customer service during and after sale. Hope you get yours soon, fabulous van.
We ordered our Elddis Super Cyclone back end of October, we were told that it would be built the last week of November and delivery to dealer 1st week December. We rang dealer and was told that the build schedule was put back to the 15th December by the time it would be delivered to dealer would be Christmas. l was not particularly bothered l was off work with flu. At the beginning of January tried ringing dealers no answer at all found out they did not open until second week January, anyway we were told our caravan was in and will be ready after PDI inspection 25th January (last weekend). We did not go due to heavy snowfall, so 2:00pm tomorrow we will be collecting our new van.

Phoned the dealer again today was told he couldn't phone elddis as they work half days on Fridays!!!!!!!
He says he will ring me on Monday fingers crossed

We ordered are Avante 540 at NEC last year , and was given a february 28 th date. Got phone call today and was told it will be ready for pick up on 11 th of Feb.
