I can recommend these - we have the 24" version and a friend has the 19"

Great picture quality, will run from the caravan battery, use minimal power due to being LED backlit and we usually get a perfect picture from the built-in caravan (Status) aerial.

Also, you can plug a USB memory stick in and pause/record live TV
