Adele has bought her grandmother a luxury caravan for her 70th birthday according to the Daily Star. The 24-year-old singer used some of her wealth to buy the £23,000 Lunar Delta RS for Doreen Adkins' 70th birthday, after years spent holidaying in a clapped-out older model. One of Doreen’s neighbours said “Doreen was over the moon. [She] loves spending weekends at her local caravan park in Essex with her dog, and Adele often visits"
