Bought our van from them last year, ordered it at the Manchester show. The handover was done very efficiently and everything explained well. Took about 1.5 hrs and they left us in the van to have a good look around it and check for faults. Like you said noone could beat the deal they offered us so we bought from them. Its our second new van from them and I would use them again without a doubt. Their aftersales service was also good, we developed a fault with the central heating system and they came and collected the van, took it back and sorted it out for us, ordered us a new cushion and it was all sorted out. I think most of them are the same, and you do only read about the bad things not the good things. If you dont want to go back to them you can take it to any dealership for warranty/servicing work so at the end of the day its the price that matters, and theres no way we were willing to pay nearly £1500 for the same van!!
