Picked up our new caravan today, and the Fiamma Caravanstore rests heavy on the awning light over the door.  Hubby put a sticky pad on the light to try and take some of the strain, has anyone else had a problem with this?  How did you solve it?

Hhhmmm that's quite a problem!

I would phone the dealers/sellers and ask the question!


The only thing I can think of is putting some foam between the two - a small offcut from a memory foam mattress or something.

I have the same problem . i never tow with mine on the rail but i do know people who do and have no problem with it on the van

just me maybe i do not like the idea of it on the rail full time when towing as the seal can be damaged.

We tow with our on all the time....not an issue at all, but we dont have the problem of it resting on the awning light. Sorry, I dont have any suggestions for that.
