My usual Mobile Caravan Servicer seems to be neither answering his phone nor responding to messages - I suspect he's busy but I'm itching to get on with things now to be ready for Easter :-) Could anyone recommend an alternative in the Leeds area, please?
Try Simpson Leisure Services and ask for Steve, he's based in Halifax but does mobile servicing, plenty of experience on both caravans and motorhomes, he's done work for me which was 1st class, his number is 07807 063876.
Google AA Autovan Leisure Services. Andrew has serviced my van twice now, as well as Chris at CMS. They both cover the Leeds area and are equally as efficient with little or no differences in price.
My only selection criteria is who I can contact and who has s slot, they are both very busy. I did have trouble contacting CMS as well though.

Thanks Alistair, am oddly pleased to discover it's not just me :-) so far I've tried leaving phone messages, emailing and sending text messages and none have worked so am giving up on CMS. Will look for that company too.
Thank you also Michael - will have a look at that site on my laptop later as it doesn't quite seem to work properly on my phone.
Have you tried LEDA caravan services - based at Lofthouse. very thorough and reasonable price - about £140 for a single axle van. Does continental vans too -mine's a Fendt. He gets very busy at this time of year - consider having your service done at the end of the season instead of the beginning - then you can get them to close everything up for the winter (e.g. leaving the taps in the correct position so that they don't freeze and drianing the system),.

Thanks Toby - will add them to my list too. Yes, doing it at the end of the season would have been a very good idea - but it always seems to make more sense to have it checked over just before we start to use it to make sure all is in working order after the winter lay up.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
