Be handy to now what sort and how old. For starters, if it is a Cascade heater, usually recognisable from a square vent on the outside of the caravan they have a reset button but its hidden under a little swing cover. It is situated on the inboard side of the heater and is lozenged shaped. Undo the screw and swing it aside and you can get at the button. Another reason for it not heating on electrics is an airlock in the system, especially at this time of year when systems have been refilled after the winter. To solve this just empty and refill the water systems. Sometimes heating on gas allows the system to clear on its own but when its happened to me draining down and refilling usually solved it.
