Was in Bedale 10th to 17th March. Water bottle and pump both froze up first night.
Got over it and enjoyed rest of week. Great little site, Greengate Farm.

Rabbin8 going to Llanrug, halfway between Caernarfon and Llanberis.
Good run most of the way, M6,M56,A55, gets me to within a few miles. I am not expecting problems, may take a little longer than uual, that's all.

i,m up in north wales ,and its between 10 to 18 inches at the moment with drifts going very much higher ,the main roads are just about passable ,but side roads impossible .unless your trip here is an emergency i would stay clear of the area .its bad enough with a 4x4 , towing would be suicidal as well as stupid

It's a long time to Wednesday. Main roads all the way, and close to the sea. I'll be fine.

i don't think you would be that confident if you were actually up here ,and considering you have to pass uphill of where i am ,the best of luck .its just started snowing again after a two hour break .and the temperature is dropping fast as well .and btw i overlook the dee estuary and irish sea from my front windows .but the snows still 18 inches deep at nearly sea level .
personally i would phone the site before leaving ,as i have seen pictures from friends who live round there and it looks worse than here

I think some people think they know better than folk who have knowledge of the area. It doesnt matter what you tell him, He"s going and thats it. IMHO he"s irresponsible at best.------------- Rob
