Depends on where they take the readings, for Manchester weather or anywhere low and flat Met office, anywhere up a hill XCweather, Metcheck . Out of the window for local,
Right now out of the window light snow, Met office does not do Oldham,but has cloud for tonight for North West. XCweather shows light snow, for Oldham, Metcheck says light snow for Oldham.
The latter two are better for up here.
