Hi , Due to take New Van away 29th March For a Week to Sandyhills Bay , a site we have visited many times. I know the area has been hit quite hard with the weather over the last 2 weeks but was under the impression things were on the up till today when Staff at site said it was snowing again. Anyone have any current updates re road conditions in this area? I usually stick to the A75 till Dalbeattie and come past Kippford, Colvend etc. Cheers for any help.
Its horrid waiting for info isnt it were due to pitch our tent at kippford park on friday just waiting to hear wether were going or not :-(

Im in annan as we speak, and travel from Dumfries daily for work. Its snowing off and on now, but not sticking. The 74 is clear, but minor roads do have a wee bit of ice remaining from the drifts.
Thanks for your updates, phoned site today who said things are improving well. Looking forward to getting away, not worried about it b ring cold, just want to be safe when towing. John if u r online when u are in Kippford u could maybe give me a live update. Thanks again.
