There is another thing that might help Surfer and that is to use two awning skirts (one each side) as it will stop the wind under the caravan but still leave enough airflow for ventilation. Make sure front and back are kept clear especially if it snows!

Kingspan or Celotex board in the bottom of the cupboards (floor level) and on the floor under the beds helps a bit but not as much as I expected. My thinking was that the Alde rads were under the beds and that if I could keep that space a bit warmer the rest of the caravan would be warmer. I think the air vents under the front bunks probably negate the the effect of the extra insulation. Will try it again next winter and if not successful it will come out permanently.
