First outing of the year last week. All seemed well, but water pressure from bathroom tap very poor. Checked everything I could think of, bought new washers for the pump etc. Baffled! Then I seemed to remember taps have filters in the spout! Unscrewed it, cleaned the limesacle from it - full pressure!

Filters in the taps? I haven`t even got filters in the Crystal pump inlet . . You don`t drink from `em do you?

I cleaned mine out when sterilising my pipes. Thought the pump was under performing but checked the tap spout and I was amazed how much crud was in there. Took all spouts off, cleaned thoroughly and hey presto. Amazing pressure. Back to how it should be, almost as good as mains.

are these the spinflo type, single lever taps,
didn't know they had them in the tap ends,
but they wont be filters there, just anti splash inserts, same as you have at home.
filters would serve no perpouse at the tap end
