Between Worcester and Hereford...is it caravan friendley?

There are two big hills on the A4103 Worcester to Hereford. The first is at Cradley which you ascend, and the second is at Castle Frome which you descend - on a clear day the view from the latter as you go down is stupendous.
Your Sorento should have the guts to manage those hills in either direction, but you will need to be in low gear, especially going down.
As a flatter alternative you could take the M50 to Ross-on-Wye and then the A49 to Hereford, but it's an extra 17 miles.
