This is what I have, and (so far) it's worked quite well. If you don't have a caravan mover, the easiest way is to tow the caravan onto the ramp (very slowly with someone watching to say "stop"); handbrake the car and carefully put the chock behind the van wheel. This is easier than trying to reverse the van up onto the ramp, but if you have a mover, easier still - but watch the van doesn't try to veer to one side when it starts up the ramp....

Mine are also made by 'Fiamma' and came as a pair complete with chocks very similar to that posted by Gram. I used Blueexpo97's link to identify the ones I use and after having them for seven years have had no issues and still as strong as the day they were new.
