Help, we temporarily repaired our caravan window with tape to travel back from site and now we are going to try to repair it,  but are wondering if it’s possible to remove the adhesive from the tape without damaging the window and what should we use?

Depending on what tape you have used ? just pull it off and, if it leaves behind any adhesive just clean it of with some wd 40.
