your kerbweight is around 1450kg and your maximum towing weight is 1200kg so any potential caravan should have a MPTLM (max loaded weight) no more than the cars max towing capacity .
You may find that the 16tdci engine is a bit underpowered however a 4 berth early Bailey Ranger (2005-2006 era) may fit the bill although I don't think there are any with bunk beds

your caravan with being a 4 berth would need to be light as to be safe it should be 85% of your cars kerb weight.do not what your car will pull.the MTPLM of a caravan should be used to find the 85% not the MIRO.the
MIRO is a factory caravan weight not including the battery and gas bottles just habitation bits like cable ect.the difference between the MIRO and the MTPLM is your payload.so you need to add back battery and gas bottles, better only taking one.if the caravan has a mover fitted then the weight of the mover (35 to 40 kgs) needs to be reduced from your payload.ours is a 5 berth and has an MTPLM of 1272 kgs.would think a 4 berth with bunk beds would weigh 1150 to 1200 kgs.unless you can find a light one.hope this helps on choosing a caravan.

We had an Elddis Crown Regent and that was 1050 mtplm I think and had bunks. Oldish van these days but there are lighter vans about.

look at some of the foreign made vans, they are often lighter in weight, look at adria, LMC, TEC and dethleffs

we had a 4 berth TEC travel king and it was 1050 kg....

Venus caravan range may be suitable if you are looking to buy new or nearly new, previously sold under the Lunar Zenith banner, again with some models that would probably be suitable for your towcar.

We have a Zenith 4, chosen mostly for its lightweight, and are quite pleased with it. We have 6ft benches/double berth at the front, and full width bunks across the back, so maybe what you are looking for. The asking price for mine should we consider selling would be around £5750, but that would include a motormover and some kit.
