I feel that ebay is the wrong place to buy a caravan. I would hate to drive a long way to see it then go home and bid, then wait to see if I've won it and then have to drive all the way there again to collect it. It's fine for small things that can be delivered and are so cheap it doesn't matter too much if they are no good. I sold mine through Preloved, cots a fiver to get sellers contact details for ads less than 8 days old. You can then go and see it, and if you like it, agree a price and drive it home. Don't forget to allow for the cost of having a tow bar fitted to your car. Could be a few hundred.
