We purchased our 2005 caravan from Salop caravans and I wanted to say that their service was brilliant! Josh the salesman was so helpful, not in the least bit pushy, answered loads of questions, even weeks after we had bought the van. he included an aquaroll, wastemaster, EHU, gas bottle and knocked £1000 off the price.
Peter was so patient when he did the handover and gave us lots of little tips. He took the van to mid Wales for us and sited it ( all free of charge).
When we went for the handover I asked about purchasing a leisure battery, fire extinguisher and a set of fuses. They gave them to us free. They even threw in some toilet fluid and toilet rolls.
I know we could have got the van for quite a bit less if we had bought from a private seller, but, not knowing anything at all about caravans, we could have potentially been sold a real dud. It's nice having all new stuff as well that no-one else has used. We also have peace of mind for the next 12 months.
A big "Thank you" to everyone at Salop Leisure, we highly recommend you.
we popped into Salop leisure whilst stopping at Ebury Hill...we didnt purchase the caravan there but wanted to ask a question about the skylight and all seemed very friendly and helpful..I am sure we will pop in again ...

Always nice to hear of good service.
Far too many doom and gloom stories about !
So true. All the staff there always look so happy and all of them give the same high standard of service including the receptionists and the people in the workshops. We had to pick something up on our way to Wales and as we wanted to be away early they said we could go in the back way and someone would be there to help us, that was 7:45 am!
We wanted to trade in our caravan for a newer and bigger one and they offered us £2800 for our caravan. A complete joke. We went to another dealer who gave us £3950.
They may be good, but very pricey, but I suppose they have to pay for their new fancy building somehow.
