Simple basic starter vans, no frills, but very lightweight, even the fridge came as an extra when new, we once owned its cousin the Monza, never any problems with it, not much to go wrong really, except never trust what a dealer tells you when it comes to damp, and spongy delaminated floors, always take along a decent damp meter and test them out for yourself.
I agree that hes asking a bit of a high price for this caravan though, it wouldnt have cost much more new, but hes obviously got to facor in the work and overhead costs he has as a dealer, but personally I would be offering him more like £1500 to start with.
We used one of the Bulldog Leaf type stabilizers with ours, and found it worked very well.
