Having said all that we use ours for 7/8 months of the year so really ours has had some use They are a very stable tow But you really need a large car/4x4 to tow it with,they are very comfy on site and the alde heating/water heater works well Does it have Auto fill for the water? if so check it works it should fill the internal tank in around 6/7 minutes
