Im looking to purchase a second hand awning. Ive never had one so im not sure what to look for. Has anyone any advice ?

I need a size 11, will any similar size do the job i.e. 10 or 12 ?

Its like a pair of shoes then
you take an 11
so you can squeeze into a 10
and a 12 is a loose fit
just buy the right size and save yourself the pain !

age of the awning is not often a concern, but time used, pitched on site is.
a ten year old awning that has not been used much, will be a lot better than a 5 year awning thats been used a lot.
if that makes sence
avoid any thats been used as a seasonal awning, sunlight and the weather eventualy rots the stitching
