We took delivery of our brand new Lunar Quasar 462 0n Thursday. As we keep the van on the drive, on Saturday we decided to fill the aquaroll and commission the water. We also tried the water heater and the heating - all fine. We drained the system down but today the bathroom carpet is wet through! It was wet mainly around the loo , but we checked that and that doesn't seem to be wet around the cassette at all. So we don't know if it is the basin or the walk in shower. The dealership had also left water in the flush which we have also drained. I thought all this should have been inspected before we had delivery of it. We are going to ring them tomorrow and arrange to return it to see if they can fix it. Anyone any ideas? Under the van is dry as a bone!! Thanks for your thoughts.
We had this a few weeks ago and it turned out to be that the pink had leaked. It was a drainage pipe that had come loose. We found this in the cassette compartment.
Is the water draining away ok? I ask because this happened to us, waste pipe was on a slope so water was coming back up pipe and into toilet floor through floor plughole.
