Could someone help me.I am thinking of buying a caravan that has a winterhoff stabiliser but do I need a alko towball or not.How do these stabilisers work?

No you don't need an alko towbar, just a normal one. I,ve had 2 caravans with them fitted . They have some small friction pads in them that you have to renew when wear indicator gets on red area, never had to do that yet
