i remember our first caravan. we were as green as grass. we told them we didn't have a clue about caravanning and what we needed., but they weren't bothered. they let us leave without water or waste-battery-lead - gas and we didn't know any better.. the scumbags had sold the other stuff off seperate and not told us.. we got to the site, it was dark and we didn't know anything about caravans . but our faith in human nature was soon restored when other caravanners rallied round and loaned us battery, leads (2 leads because one wasn't long enough) and water bottle to get us through the night until we could buy our own gear the next day.. fantastic people. it cost us a fortune to buy everything to replace what they had sold off. when we got back i went to see the lowlife, mishapen scumbag, but he wouldn't look at me. what we learnt from this was that everytime we have sold our caravan we make sure the people who buy them always have everything that they need and more. awnings-+ locks and clamps
