I was wondering if anyone else has had probs with above? Before committing to a full cover thought I would order ready made wheel covers and check the quality...12 days have now passed 3 telephone calls 4 emails and Still no wheel covers. They are saying that covers were sent 17th by Royal Mail yet their website states all orders sent courier. Then I get told new set been sent by courier 24 hrs.. 48hrs later still no covers. Now they are telling me new set sent out by courier and they don't know why the courier didn't deliver 2nd set...Lost the will!!! just me or anyone else had problems with ready made accessories? oh and no one from Protec has replied to my emails!!

Yep,some years ago I ordered a full cover from Protec and had a similar experience to yours, finally, after nearly 3 months I demanded my money back. Guess what, cover arrived two days later by courier. Sugest you write to them recorded delivery with an ultimatum.......Mick
