After months of search and lots of questions on here, we finally bought a caravan! Slightly smaller than we originally wanted but it's a 4 berth complete with awning and all the extras too. Just booked up to go away on 14th July so that leave around a week for my wife to do what she will to decorate it etc!

Very excited :)

Just check the main bits are working - electrics, gas,lights,fridge, and the running gear, etc, and give it a good clean! You can always decorate after the season finishes!

well done- you will not look back., we had been canvas campers for nearly 14yrs and vowed never to do tin tenting----but we are now in year 7 of being a caravan owner and never had we made a better move. Good luck and enjoy.

Enjoy, good luck and enjoy yourselves. when we go away without the kids i always make an effort to lay a gorgeous table out for me and hubby complete with candles and nice tablecloth. i make the caravan like a 5 star hotel room. (its like a tip when we take the kids though)
