Is your awning a sunncamp 390 or 3900 (can't find 3900). Do you know if it's the same as the ones they have at Towsure under their own brand?

We have the Sunncamp Mira 390 which is great as it comes with an annexe and the rear poles included. The only problem we have is that rain pools over the roof poles dragging the roof fabric down which makes it a tad leaky. That reminds me I need to order to waterproof spray!!

Not sure if its the same as the Towsure one though.

Our weekend awning is the Towsure Portico Plus which is identical to the Sunncamp Scenic Plus.

I have the Towsure Panama 260 which is identical to other brands,I also have the problem of water pooling between the caravan and the roof pole,does anyone have an idea how to prevent it,as I have visions of it pulling the awning out of the rail if it pours down during the night

Blimey wouldn't want anymore pressure on my awning rail, already have a damp problem, which probably has been caused by the rail

We have to wedge the kids swimming rubber rings I between the poles and the roof. Not ideal but it seems to help tighten the roof.
