We are going to fforest fields on tuesday Based on reviews on here need a route from newark avoiding the hated A453 Thinking A46,M1,M42,M5,A44 then A481. Is this a good option ? thanks in advance .
Hi Pompeyjon..... Nope, not quite. Looking at HB's lovely route planner, I think it's taking you A46, joining M1 south at Leicester, then M69 toward Coventry, then M6 to M42 and onwards as you say.
Going back north on the M1 would be going backwards to me, and anyway the A46/M1 junction doesn't let you do that.
