Hi everyone!

My OH and I bought an Ace Award Transtar (2004) as our first caravan. The bit we liked most is the L shaped lounge layout. However the first time we made up the bed, it presented a bit of a problem- there was no way to set out the cushions so that we had a full rectangle (to put the sheet under) it all ended up with 'extra bits!'
Try as I might I can't find any info on whether this is just how it is or whether we have missed a trick.
In the grand scheme of things, it's hardly a problem but caravans are so cleverly designed so that everything fits and works beautifully, it seems a shame that I can't get a fitted sheet on a rectangle of cushion!

Has anyone else got an L shaped layout with extra bits?!

Sorry I cant be much help but I will be watching this thread. As we have a 'L' shaped lounge and although we usually sleep as single beds on the few occasions we have tried to make it as a double we have had the same problems you have.

We have a L shape at the rear of our Lunar and its really siple on that one, I just pull out the bed and insert the back cushions behind.
