Hi,

A few months ago we bought an Elddis Wisp with a Pyramid Awning and a Tuscany Annex.

After repairing all of the damp I had found inside the van, we finally managed to get away this weekend just gone in it.

We put the awning up no problem, all the poles were there. However when looking at the Tuscany Annex, there are no poles for it at all.

Does anyone know where we can get some replacement poles for the annex? I've tried googleing Pyramid awnings, Pyramid Products, Pryamid parts but nothing is coming back.

Any other suggestions?

I don't have the PO details any more.

Cheers,

Dan

If you can identify the poles you need, try a local caravan dealer who may have (secondhand)spare poles. We bought some from Highbridge Caravans and some from Chichester caravans. Is it the tall annexe you have?

Hi,

Yes it's the tall annex. There is no instructions for the Annex, only the Corsican awning. So no idea on what poles I need.

Does anyone have any tall annex instructions please?

Thanks.

Dan

Hi,

already looked at that and it wasn't the right diagram for my Tall Annex.

HOWEVER! I'm managed to trace the PO and they have found the poles in their shed! So thankfully I don't need to source any new ones, just need to arrange a time to visit
them and collect.

Cheers for everyones help.

Regards,

Dan
