Achslast 750kg in German is translated as the 'axle load' so that would be what we call the caravan payload which is the maximum weight of personal effects and equipment allowance.
B850-2 sounds very much like the unladen weight when it left the factory (MIRO) and the amount of berths which is 2.
Not sure about the rest of the codes though.
