does anyone know if its possible to convert the manual flush cassette bench toilet to the electric 12v flush,i have both toilets was wondering if i could change the parts over to save removing and replacing

sorry i thought there was only one make of bench toilet Thetford the one with the 12v flush is the C2 i think the manual one is a C4

OK, from memory I think the C2 and C4 are basically the same except for the flush. I seem to recall that it was possible to change from one to the other but my memory from over 20 years ago is not great! If you look at C2/C4 repair instructions you should get a good idea of what is involved. Make sure the electric flush is in good working order before making the change!

to answer my own question yes it can be done and its very easy,every part changes from one to the other,the body of the toilet is exactly the same :)
