Our first caravan, A Stirling Europa succumbed to the dreaded damp in the first year with a large repair, which took a lot of haggling with Stirling to get repaired under warranty. Three years later it was so riddled with damp it was a write off. Stirling didn't want to know.

Our second caravan a Bailey .. you guessed it, damp all round one window at its first service. Didn't keep that one long enough to see if it got worse.

Our third and current caravan, A Trigano Silver bone dry for 4 years, and this year on its 5th annual service 30% damp at the rear offside in the bathroom, and a tiny patch at 20% in the front. Big groan, and quiet swearing under the breath, along with a sinking feeling.

Repaired under warranty, no quibbles at Campers and Leisure. Both turned out to be very minor repairs, where sealant had failed where the roof overlapped at the back, and where the wind deflector was at the front.

Tested them again today, rear down to 15% and front down to 6%, along with the rest of the van. I suspect it will take another 6 months for the rear to dry out fully with the waterproof lining in the bathroom preventing the moisture clearing any quicker.
