Thank you . We have never had to make a claim when we had are old caravan but the price never came down so we are happy to have a look at anything that anyone recommends
The price would only come down if you lower the value of the caravan in line with its value.. The CC insurance is not necessarily the cheapest, but if you need to make a claim there is no hassle.

For a licence dated 1997 or later you must add together the plated max weight of the caravan and trailer, if the total is 3500 or less you can tow it. You may even tow a caravan with a MAM greater than the cars unladen mass the restriction was removed in 2013
I would recommend either of the clubs for the best cover & recommend the C&CC for best service in the case of a claim(from experience) also double check what security arrangement are required by other companies in order to be covered in the case of a claim
