purchased our new caravan at the weekend swift challenger 500 got home motor mover seemed very slow then when it come to the slight incline it could not give any more tried again for the caravan front to go up in the air the battery was full after putting the wife in front to weigh it down after about 4 goes we got sorted any ideas anyone

Insufficient power. Knackered battery and poorly loaded caravan if I understand you correctly.

Get your battery properly tested and if it needs replacing gert a 120ah

Just done mine the contacts were dirty, it might be a new battery but was it fully charged

If i read you correctly you say the front of the caravan went up in the air??, by your description it sounds like your brakes have come on and the mover has continued to turn lifting the front of the van over the tyre ????

Same as above. I have a little lever on mine which disengages/overrides the brake which will come on if the van is reversed without using it.
