Just been up to storage site today to remove upholstry etc.and leave all cupboards open.I opened the hatch at the bottom of the wardrobe to gain access to the void behind the fire, and noticed that it felt slightly damp, further examination revealed the trunking from the fire to the flue pipe was wet.Rain must be getting down from the top of the fluepipe.I know outlet must not be blocked for safety reasons but surely it should be rain proof.I checked from outside the caravan to see if if anything was missing but it looked complete,I will have to think of something to stop the water getting in,has anyone had a similar problem? Thanks for any replies.
