Not sure if anyone on here has one, having just bought one it's the biggest pile of **** going :( it has easy find LNB as well and cannot get any signal at all !! Tried it home on my drive !! I have even put it on top of caravan :0 and still no signal :( . Not sure if anyone has tips . Bought a signal finder as well still no picture. Hope I can send it back for a Refund.

Without wishing to offend, I suspect 90 plus % of failure cases are operator error. This like riding a bike is all about finding and perfecting a technique, that works for you. Some hints to get there:
Point one is the decoder you are using also one where Easy find is enabled? They only work with dedicated decoders.
Second is the decoder set up for Astra 28.2East, and set on a Channel4 program? If not then using the dish of a friends Sky setup get the decoder "setup".
Returning to your dish; it is from pictures an offset dish so unless it has a vertical angle scale marked on it allowing you to set up 26 degrees, set the dish itself vertically.
Using a good compass, and keeping it away from the steel dish or other steel objects chalk a line on the ground at a bearing of 143/5 degrees.
Looking in the direction of the chalk line, are there any trees roofs etc that are not more than twice there hieght from you. If there are move the pitch somewhere else, as it will not see the satellite there.
Get the clobber out wired up and tuned to Channel 4, and plonk tripod down so dish aligns with, or just slightly to the east of the chalk line.
The Easy Finds LED must be showing, almost certainly it will be red. If there is no LED check and recheck the wiring and decoder is set on channel 4 [NOT BBC4]. If the LED cant be got to indicate the kit is US.
Now with your red LED bright slowly and very carefully move the dish slighly more to the South. We are not talking much if you get another 5 degrees you are way pass the cluster. If the compass is accurate you should be on target at 146 degrees [magnetic bearing].
If it does not find the signalmove the dish a degree or so further down and retry, then a degree of so up and retry. If the yellow or green LED winks at you refine the setting based on what it is indicating.
If that all fails and you have that red LED ask a satellite savvy friend to have a go.
Have avtex tv with LNB enabled software :) and it was turned on as I got red light. All I got was a red light , spent ages trying and just kept getting red light :(.

I watched a bloke a couple of years ago trying to set up a dish. His other half was screaming at him to call out an "engineer" to fix it. After about 10 minutes I wandered over to him to help set it up and suggested he would get a better signal if he didn't stand in front of the dish
Personally, I don't use anything other than a compass. Start off at South East and very slowly rotate to the south. The first satellite that you come to is the one you want.
Setting up a satellite receiver/dish can be one of the most frustrating things in life!!! I have been doing it for years and sometimes get it first time and sometimes it takes ages. When on site (or even at home) I tend to look to see where other dishes are pointing so it gives me a guide. If I am having problems inevitably it is the elevation which is wrong. If I don't get it first time I move the dish just to make sure I have a clear view of the sky. The only problem with this is that Margaret will shout out to say I have a perfect picture as I am carrying the dish across the pitch!!!! Just keep at it.
I recently bought a Rockdale satellite receiver/dish kit. First time I tried it was in the back garden, got it tuned in but only to foreign stations (gave up after about an hour as it was dark!). Tried again the next day in the front garden and got it working within 10 mins, obviously on the correct satellite this time. I am well pleased with the equipment, the picture quality and the number of channels available.
Bottom line (as others have said), it can be trial and error to begin with, but it is worth persevering. To be honest, I did it with the TV on the window-ledge so I could see the signal strength bar from outside as I moved the dish!

quick set up method will work to a point.
have dish straight, point to dead south, point watch 12o clock dead south,
satellite is. a 5 to 12 o clock on your watch.
you should now have a signal, tweak each way in MM until signal is just over 50% on screan.

------------- the only silly question is the one you do not ask.
I have the easy find system and don't have any issues other that obstructions that cause a problem occasionally.
Not being familiar with the system you have I can only relate to mine and I have so select a satellite from the list of available ones this enables the coloured seek light on the LNB.
Then with a compass get an idea of the direction I need to look in and with slow and careful sweeps left and right at various elevations it isn't normally much of a job to locate then just fine tune for the best signal strength.

sky setting up with the dish is a learning curve, the first time i tried it took me three hours at least, nearly chucked it through the window.after a couple of times doing it only takes 10 -15 minutes.worth doing as the picture quality is far batter than free view in my opinion.once i have 70 CBBC i know i have cracked it ,and with one or two grandchildren on tow i dont get to watch it anyway.for this reason i fitted two televisions into the caravan..

Mine recommends that I choose the sattelite on the freesat box then select sky news.
I then just turn the lnb until it goes green.
I then get all the freesat channels without trouble.
