Hi

I have just got a Eccles sport 586 and I have got a few basic questions if anybody out there has got or used one.

1. When I first got the sport 586 there was a lit blue LED on the Tv amplifier, however this has now gone out. The TV is working ok so I think the amplifier is working. any ideas.

2. The van has got blow heating, with several vents. The vents that are in the rear (under bunks and toilet) have very little heat / air flow, is this normal?

I hope somebody can help it will save me a ride to the dealer.

The heating in our 636 is awful the pipes run under the vN so we have insulated those which has improved it a bit
No idea about the blue led though dorry

We have a 585!
The blue led light us on all the time! For us .
Regarding the heating it is excellent !!
Overall we love caravan it's excellent quality :)

Our 2013 model has a blue light on the amplifier, but there is a switch on top of it so it can be turned off, worth checking ,and also pull out power supply cable and check if you have voltage going to it.

As to heating this is our eleventh caravan, and the COMBI is the best heating we have had.

Did you get the heating issue resolved?.
I have the same problem with my 2014 Eccles sport 586.

Blue led stays on all the time for me!.

Hi

I spoke with the heating manufacture (forgot name at the moment), they told me to take my van back to the dealer and ask for baffles to be fitted. They said it is a common problems with bigger vans and the dealers should fit them before selling the van? the baffles are needed to balance the system, I was told. My dealer is quite a ride away so I am going to ask the dealer to look at it when I take the van for a service in Oct.
The blue light has a mind of its own sometimes on sometimes off lol.
