Hi all ..... yeap ... go the van out on the 6th ..... they were not answering their phone .... so to save a wasted journey (36 Miles each way) I phone Russells, the shop across the road, and politely asked the lass "Could you please look out of the window and see if their gate are open" "Yes, was the reply .... but I don't know for how much longer ...." Leapt into the motor and straight there .... could find my van or paperwork. I knew the van was in the workshop .... they found it and wheeled it out ..... The van was very filthy inside, and for 17 days a couple of lights had been left on as had the heater fan ..... so battery flat .... Service book had not been stamped ... so back into the office got the paperwork and book stamped .... but no invoice ..... so I legged it .... Graeme, the owner was there, I was the only customer but he didn't both to come over and apolgise or offer any comment .... Will I be going back ..... answers on a post-card ..... to : Let me know how others are getting on .... Cheers Pete
